Invoiceize is a free invoice generator for freelancers and small businesses who want to send a clean invoice and get back to work.
THE PROBLEM
Most free invoice tools are free until you hit download. Then comes the signup wall, the watermark, or the trial that turns into a subscription.
Spreadsheet and word-processor templates avoid that, but you end up fixing formulas, nudging tables and exporting PDFs that look different on your client’s screen.
OUR APPROACH
You type on the left and the invoice builds itself on the right, with totals, tax and the balance due worked out as you go. When it looks right, you download a PDF — no account, no watermark.
Everything happens in your browser. The details you type are saved on your own device, not on our servers, so your client list and rates stay yours. The one exception is optional: if you import a document, it is sent to an AI model to read it and is not kept.
